Depending on your medical needs, our team can provide physician consultations, blood sampling, rapid diagnostic testing, ECG examinations, wound care, IV vitamin therapy, hydration therapy, medication administration, and follow-up care.
Your medical records are available to you upon request via email.
Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club International.
Yes. Following a physician’s assessment, IV vitamin therapy and hydration can be administered outside the clinic when medically appropriate and according to prior arrangement.
Concierge medicine is a direct pay service and is not covered by Croatian health insurance.
Yes, we encourage patients to choose the doctor they feel most comfortable with, depending on availability and specialization.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone or email.
To respect the time reserved for all patients and our medical team, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or missed without prior notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service. For home visits, concierge services, or appointments requiring special preparation, the full service fee may apply.
